By using Apps Father (apps-father.com and @apps_father_bot), you agree to these terms.

The service

Apps Father is an AI builder for Telegram Mini Apps, games, and text bots. You describe what you want in Telegram; we help plan, generate, host, and update your project on our platform.

Credits and pricing

• 50 credits equal $1 USD.
• Plan, Build, and Update actions are pre-charged based on the selected performance tier. Unused pre-charge may be returned as cashback according to in-bot rules.
• Feature unlocks such as Telegram Stars payments and TON payments are one-time charges per project, as shown in the bot.
• Current rates and tier prices are always shown in @apps_father_bot before you confirm a charge.

Ownership

As the project owner, you may export the codebase of apps you create. The hosted Apps Father platform, brand, infrastructure, and service remain ours. Export does not transfer our platform software or give you a license to operate a competing hosted builder.

Acceptable use

Do not use Apps Father for illegal content, spam, malware, fraud, or anything that violates Telegram rules or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

AI output

Generated code and apps are provided as-is. We do not warrant that output is bug-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and operating any app you publish.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we need to protect the platform or other users. After termination, hosted projects may be removed according to our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction.
